Chapter Eleven

So much information had come at them all at once, and Artemis wanted to try and distract his mates for a while. Even though they had found out Tarren and Croydon were both innocent, there still seemed to be an awkward stiffness between the three siblings. Lara had basically laid down the law and told Tarren and Croydon they, as well as their mates, would now be residing within the network of extended family, whether it be here with Daven, in one of the demon dens or over at the guild master’s residence. She didn’t trust that Lyndell didn’t have spies in place watching Daven.

The problem was that it was starting to stress Daven out, and a stressed-out Daven was a snippy Daven and he didn’t need that right now. The only place they were going to get any alone time was if he dragged his mates back to their own rooms. It seemed like a perfectly logical plan to him.

“Where are we going?” Daven asked as Artemis ushered them through the house.

“I’m taking you back to our room so I can ravish you both. After all the talk about your sister, I feel the need to cleanse myself inside your bodies…over and over again.” Artemis grinned at Daven when he looked up at him weirdly.

Gabe chuckled. “He’s just shitting with you. It has nothing to do with the talk this morning. We just have one hell of a horny mate who wants to have his wicked way with us.”

Artemis held up his hands in surrender. “Guilty as charged. If you two weren’t so damn sexy, I’d be able to keep my hands off you and my cock out of you for more than a few hours.”

Crap! Even the mere suggestion of getting his mates into bed was getting him as hard as a rock. If he wasn’t mistaken, they were both walking a tad faster toward their rooms as well. He wasn’t the only one feeling the need to get naked in a hurry. He wasn’t disappointed when clothes started flying the second the door was closed and locked behind them.

Artemis leaned back against the door and watched his mates. He was never going to get tired of this. Having them all for himself for the rest of eternity was a fucking major bonus in this whole relationship. They just had to figure out how to fix the whole mating-bite situation, because Artemis wasn’t going to be happy until after he was fully mated to the man he’d always loved.

“Are you planning on joining us, or you going to only perv on us again?” Gabe asked a little breathlessly after he’d finished kissing the hell out of Daven.

Artemis shrugged. “I was enjoying the show. Daven looks so pretty all blissed out like he is. Why don’t you swallow him down, and I’ll get him ready for us to play with?”

Gabe was quick to drop to his knees in front of Daven. Artemis walked over and stood close behind Daven so they were touching from top to bottom.
